Clearex® Schweiz AG - the ideal liquid waste disposal partner throughout Switzerland for individual garages to restaurant chains and for companies of all sizes. In gastronomy, in industrial production and also in agriculture, sludge is produced that has to be disposed of regularly.
Special vehicles have been developed for the mobile clarification of separation systems, which have been in use in the EU for around 10 years. We have now further developed these vehicles and adapted them to the requirements of the Swiss market. With the Clearex special vehicle, sludge can now be dewatered on site using a physical-chemical process. The treated water meets the discharge requirements of the Water Protection Ordinance and can therefore be returned to the system and is not lost; the significantly reduced volume of sludge is recycled or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. The mobile clarification of separators and retention systems saves costs and at the same time is a welcome contribution to environmental protection.
One contact person throughout Switzerland
Customers appreciate having a single contact person for the various disposal, maintenance and monitoring work throughout Switzerland. The administrative effort can be kept within limits, especially in municipalities and larger industrial plants. Many types of liquid waste are produced in catering establishments, petrol stations, car repair shops, car washes, road maintenance companies and also in depots and in agriculture, which, according to legislation, require special treatment and must be disposed of and processed in an environmentally friendly manner. On the other hand, private small wastewater treatment plants, which are usually not connected to a public sewage system, also require special monitoring and disposal.
Keep disposal costs low
The core of this innovative recycling process is the special physical-chemical process in the vehicle with the option of reusing the cleaned water, which meets the inlet requirements of the Federal Water Protection Ordinance. By using this mobile system, 10,000 liters of diesel and over 10,000,000 liters of drinking water are saved per vehicle per year in Switzerland, which corresponds to around 100,000 bath tubs full of water. The procedure also allows the preservation of biomicrobes, which are necessary, among other things, for the degradation of detergent additives. This is a significant contribution to environmental protection. Collection tours can also be increasingly carried out with the Clearex vehicles, which on the one hand simplifies the entire logistics and on the other hand saves transport costs and also results in a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. Another advantage is the lower disposal volume compared to the conventional suction method, which also has an impact on costs.
